The first yoga studio established in Sedona, 7 Centers Yoga Arts is located in a beautiful center reminiscent of Spanish mission architecture. We are known both locally and internationally for our yoga teacher trainings which includes integrating spiritual and health practices into daily life. In addition, we offer Daily Yoga Classes, Personal Retreats, Concerts and Workshops.
YOGA TEACHER CERTIFICATE TRAINING
7 Centers Yoga Arts offers 200/500 hour holistic yoga teacher trainings in an ashram-inspired schedule that includes the sister sciences of Ayurveda and Vedic Astrology. These intensive trainings expose students to yoga as a lifestyle, uniting philosophy and traditional practices, and adapting classical yogic texts to modern life and community needs. We attract a diverse group of students from all over the United States, Canada, and the world. We have been offering 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Certificate Trainings since 2001 with course leader Ruth Hartung along with her experienced and inspiring faculty.
For those with a 200 hour training, we have two tracks of 300 hour advanced training to receive a 500 certificate. Twice a year we offer a six week Yoga Therapy program suited to working with individuals in therapeutic sessions and once a year a Kundalini yoga teacher training program.
