200 Hour Hatha Yoga Weekend Course

8-Weekend Program, January – August, 2018.  One Weekend/Month.
See dates below!

7 Centers Yoga Arts, a registered school with Yoga Alliance, offers an 8-weekend, 200 Hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training from January to August.  This course is for the “householder”, those looking for the balance and integration that Yoga and Ayurveda can offer in our daily lives. This format is designed for those students who have ongoing responsibilities of family and jobs but would like to gain a strong foundation in Yoga whether to deepen their practice or share with others.

7 Centers uses the standards recommended by Yoga Alliance  as a minimum base for creating a curriculum that will give a yoga practitioner what they need.  To review some of the titles of classes offered, go  here   Curriculum for Yoga Weekend Format.

Included in the tuition is the comprehensive 7 Centers Teacher’s Manual and the classic Ayurveda guide, Ayurveda, The Science of Self Healing by Dr. Vasant Lad, which students receive in their Orientation Package.

Students need to have purchased and bring to the training the following textbooks, which are essential resource books used extensively during the training. These books can be found online or upon arrival at 7 Centers (unless otherwise noted).
