CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Hatha Yoga – A balanced workout of classical poses, breath work and meditation.
Chakra Yoga – Using symbol, color and postures, this class focuses on the chakra of the week
5 Elements Yoga – Playful series of asana, visualization and music reflecting the 5 elements
Community Yoga – All levels are welcome for a community-building Hatha class. $7 per class.
Kundalini Yoga – A spiritual practice which clears energy pathways and creates greater vitality.
Restorative Yoga – Restful class utilizing props to support and sustain our bodies. No experience necessary. Relax & Renew!
Family Yoga – Moms/Dads practice yoga without leaving their children behind.
Slow Flow Yoga – A slowed down version of Vinyasa Flow with emphasis on continuous movement and coordination of breath.
Yin Yoga – Allows time and space to fully surrender into the poses with meditative intention.
Insight Yoga – is designed with the intention of moving deeper into the practice of yoga as a science or way of life.  Each class will have a specific emphasis that will be addressed either in asana, pranayama or meditation for example.
Pre-Natal Yoga – Moms-to-be practice yoga to be nurtured and to receive yogic practices on how to relieve common discomforts of pregnancy.
Therapeutic Yoga – Through the practice of asana, kriyas (complete actions), pranayama and mantra, this class focuses on reducing physical pain, improving joint and organ functions and increasing overall health and well-being.

Aquarian Sadhana – This spiritual practice begins with the reading of Japji Sahib and includes chanting mantra, asana, pranayama and meditation.
