Join Sraddhasagar (Ruth Hartung), and faculty for a week-long journey exploring the chakras through yoga, sound, meditation and art.Each day focuses on a single chakra, establishing direct experiences that participants can draw on as teachers, healers or students.

INTENSIVE ACTIVITIES

Morning: Kundalini Yoga Class with music, asana, and other chakra-activation practices. Esoteric psychology and anatomy of that day’s chakra. Chakra Yoga class incorporating yantra (symbolism), mantra (sound), and asana (posture).

Afternoon: Delicious vegetarian Ayurvedic lunches help balance the doshas and purify the body, supporting the week’s physical and energetic work. Walk and journal among Sedona’s Red Rock temples, experiencing the elements of Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether through the landscape. Coloring the chakras, a Tantric practice said to shift the genetic patterning behind personal issues and blocks.

7:45-8:30am Breakfast
8:30-9:00am Karma Yoga
9:00-10:30am Nature Walk and Journaling
10:30 -12:30pm Chakra Yoga
12:30 – 1:30pm Ayurvedic Lunch
1:30pm Yoga Nidra
2:00-3:00pm Chakra Psychology
3:15-4:30pm Chakra Yantra Painting/Coloring
Course ends at 5pm.

HOUSING

Accommodations not included. Local housing with friends of the center who regularly house students, you can rent a room w/ bathroom and access to kitchen privileges. If you would like to stay in a bedroom in a Sedona resident’s house speak to Sydney.
