Join Sraddhasagar (Ruth Hartung), and faculty for a week-long journey exploring the chakras through yoga, sound, meditation and art. Each day focuses on a single chakra, establishing direct experiences that participants can draw on as teachers, healers or students.

Morning: Kundalini Yoga Class with music, asana, and other chakra-activation practices. Esoteric psychology and anatomy of that day’s chakra. Chakra Yoga class incorporating yantra (symbolism), mantra (sound), and asana (posture).
Afternoon: Delicious vegetarian Ayurvedic lunches help balance the doshas and purify the body, supporting the week’s physical and energetic work. Walk and journal among Sedona’s Red Rock temples, experiencing the elements of Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether through the landscape. Coloring the chakras, a Tantric practice said to shift the genetic patterning behind personal issues and blocks.

3:15-4:30pm Chakra Yantra Painting/Coloring
Course ends at 5pm.

The course fee has an early bird discount of $850 (see above). The regular fee is $950 and includes Ayurvedic breakfast, lunch and a chakra yoga manual. A certificate of completion is given to yoga teachers for 70 Continuing Education Credits with 100% attendance.
