In the Chakra Yoga Journey,  each day is dedicated to exploration of a chakra through morning sadhana practice, a daily  Kundalini yoga practice, a nature walk based on the element of the chakra and an afternoon painting the yantra or symbol of the chakra. In this way, participants have a strong experiential & energetic understanding of the vibrational and existential differences that distinguish the movement of consciousness from one to the next. This accompanies the study of the body language and its symptoms as messengers of what is happening  psychologically and spiritually within the  individual. This is a profound and therapeutic course open to anyone no matter what their yogic background might be.

Conflict Resolution According to Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras is another life changing course held over four days that examines conflict through our intimate personal, family, work relationships. It begins with understanding of what is at the root of differences while developing skillful communication in addressing needs and wants in the context of partnership. In between the days lecture and dialogue format based on yogic philosophy, there is a one hour daily yoga practice and group exercise held outdoors each afternoon.  No pre-requisites are needed for this course. Anyone may register.
