Our yoga schedule is busy with daily classes and teacher trainings, but we offer space for rent for community events, concerts, workshops and retreats. Check our online calendar for available dates and times. All event requests must be reviewed and approved based upon suitability for our venue.
MAIN ROOM
The main room is 1700 square feet with a raised platform/stage. There is a 6×6 foot pull down viewing screen and an overhead projector for Power Point and/or DVD use. Our stereo system is available with Bose speakers and a cable for an MP3 player. Padded folding chairs are available for 120 people. Backjacks and pillows can be set up for sitting on the floor. Room capacity is 150 people.
Our parking lot has space for approximately 20 cars. Extra parking is along Mountain Road and Shelby. For big events, overflow parking may be available at an extra cost of $25. Arrangements must be made in advance.
Room Rental Rate: $65.00 an hour/ 3 hour minimum
$50 an hour/6+ hours
A written contract will be prepared and a 50% deposit (non-refundable) is required upon signing and return, along with cleaning deposit. Balance is due 1 week prior to event or cancellation must be confirmed at that time. A Cleaning/Damage Deposit of $100 is required upon signing of contract. Refundable upon inspection of space after event. (May not be same day)
Space Protocols:
1) No food, drinks (other than water) on carpeted area
2) No shoes on carpet
3) No candles allowed
4) No pets with the exception of special service animals
YURT
This is a special space with sacred geometry engineering in the floor that is used for small groups with an emphasis on ceremony and ritual. It is a 24 foot Pacific Yurt with a concrete floor, covered by carpet with radiant heat for winter use. In the summer we have air conditioning available as well as an overhead fan. The room capacity of the yurt is 25 seated or 11 yoga mats.
