For those who would like to experience more balance, health and sense of well being within a busy life and schedule, this retreat combines yoga and ayurveda practices that you can take back home with and integrate into your daily life.
• Initial consultation with yoga therapist to discuss current stress challenges
•Personalized Yoga program to address imbalances and chronic health issues
• Personal coaching on the yoga program in the morning practice on form and breathing
The course includes one of the following special healing sessions: Deep tissue bodywork for muscular joint issues (inflammation), Ayurvedic Massage and Shirodhara (dehydration), Vedic Astrology Reading of Natal Chart for life coaching.
Personal Therapeutic Yoga Manual with individual’s yoga program, analysis of dosha (physical constitution) with nutritional guidelines and 7 Center’s Ayurvedic Cookbook. Included is 7 Center’s cleansing kit with a neti pot, tongue scraper, eye cup and special oil for particular dosha.

7:30am Yoga Practice
9:00am Ayurvedic Breakfast
10:00am *Ayurveda– Using Ayurveda to understand your Dosha/and the Accompanying Mind.
Observation, constitutional test and pulse reading. Learn about morning self-care routine based on your dosha.
12:30pm Ayurvedic Lunch
1:30pm Nature Walk * Meditation
2:30pm Yoga Nidra
Each person gets a half hour w/ teachers to discuss health, issues
and receive personalized yoga program to take home.
