This seven-day course is a journey of finding personal direction while developing great life skills through Yoga and Ayurveda teachings. As we come to crossroads there can be confusion about one’s purpose and so we turn to family, friends and society looking for answers.  In yoga the search for personal meaning and contribution is considered a supremely important spiritual goal as the foundation for satisfaction and contentment in life and is found by looking inside of oneself.  This is an excellent program for those in transition whether in schooling, career, relationship or wanting to creating better foundation of health physically, emotionally and mentally. The teachings and practices are designed to support this time as a period to reflect and examine your larger purpose in life or dharma. Based on the more ancient traditions that celebrate transitions with ritual, this journey is a rite of passage into connection with deeper wisdom and one’ own inner guidance.

  • 6:00am, Morning hike in the red rocks
  • 7:30am, Ayurvedic breakfast
  • 8:15am, Learning about Seva
  • 9:00-11:30am, Daily Yoga class
  • 11:30-12:30pm, Ayurvedic lunch
  • 12:30-1:00pm, Yoga Nidra – Meditation with Resolution
  • 1:00-3:00pm Ayurveda & Yogic Philosophy
  • 3:00pm Afternoon break to enjoy Sedona
  • 7:00-8:30pm Storytelling & the Bhagavad Gita
